Refund policy

  • Quality Assurance All electronic components and STEM project sets undergo strict quality testing before being shipped to ensure they are in working order.
  • Damaged in Transit If your package is damaged during delivery, you must take clear photos of the damaged packaging and components immediately upon receiving it from the courier. You must contact us with this photographic proof via email (stablufablab@gmail.com), Telegram, or our Facebook Page within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. Once verified, we will send a replacement.
  • Damage During Use We do not offer refunds or replacements for components that are broken, short-circuited, or otherwise damaged by the user during installation, coding, or lab work.
  • Lost Packages If you do not receive your package, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will coordinate with the delivery agency, and upon confirming the package is lost, we will ship a replacement package.
  • Out of Stock Items After Purchase While we work hard to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally a component or STEM project set may be out of stock after your booking and payment are processed. If this happens, we will contact you immediately. You will be given two choices:
    • Wait for Restock You can choose to keep your order open. We will inform you of the expected restock date and ship your package the moment the components are available.
    • Full Refund If you prefer not to wait, we will immediately cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • Missing Components We carefully pack our STEM kits, but if you discover that a component is missing from your project set upon delivery, please contact us. We offer two options to resolve the issue:
    • Ship the Missing Part We will send the forgotten component to you as quickly as possible at no additional shipping cost.
    • Partial Refund If you prefer, or if you already sourced the part elsewhere, we can issue a refund for the specific value of the missing component.
  • Order Cancellations If you choose to cancel your order after the booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, we will issue a 50% refund of the total purchase price. The remaining 50% is retained as a cancellation fee to cover processing, administrative, and inventory preparation costs.
