Intellectual Property and Digital Content

  • Ownership All educational materials, including but not limited to lab lessons, STEM guides, project manuals, code snippets, videos, and worksheets provided by Stablu FabLab (the "Digital Content"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Stablu FabLab.
  • Personal Use License: When you purchase a lesson, course, or STEM kit, Stablu FabLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the accompanying Digital Content solely for your own personal, educational use.
  • Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, sharing, distributing, publicly displaying, or reselling any of our Digital Content to third parties, including individuals who have not paid for the course or kit. This includes sharing account login credentials so others can access the materials.
  • Violation of Terms: Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of Stablu FabLab's educational materials is a direct violation of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and revoke your access to all Services and Digital Content without a refund if we determine you have shared these materials.

User-Generated Content and Reviews

  • Sharing Your Work We love seeing the projects you build! If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or videos of your completed STEM projects to our website or tag us on social media (collectively, "User Content"), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content.
  • Our Right to Feature You By submitting User Content, you grant Stablu FabLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and share your photos and review on our website, social media pages, and marketing materials to inspire other makers. We will always try to give you credit for your amazing work!
  • Inappropriate Content We reserve the right to remove any User Content from our website that is offensive, inappropriate, or violate these Terms of Service.
